Dry Ice Calculator

Check the amount of dry ice needed for shipping your cargo in a dry ice cool container.

Simply enter the container’s set temperature, and the duration and ambient temperature for each stage of the journey. The required amount of dry ice will then be calculated for you.

The calculation is based on information from the dry ice container’s operations manual (either RKN or RAP). The Dry Ice Calculator calculates the dry ice sublimation rate. Results should be interpreted as indicative.
