Our main strategic goal is to care for people—not just those at VRR but all our stakeholders—and do our best to make them happy and keep them safe. We do this by offering a safe, motivating workplace, making employees and partners feel valued, and giving
back to local communities.

2024 people goals

Employee satisfaction

Launch an annual survey to measure employee satisfaction.
Achieve an Employee Net Promotor Score (eNPS) of 30.

Safety

Launch a Safety Management System to prevent, track and report operational incidents.
Zero accidents on our premises that result in physical injury of an employee or visitor.
Zero incidents that do not result in physical injury of an employee or visitor.
Zero accidents involving our products that result in physical injury or threats to flight safety.

Onboarding

Improve the onboarding for new employees.

Vitality

Offer all employees a variety of activities, knowledge and tools to improve their eating, exercise and relaxation habits. In 2024 we’ll:
- - Add structural opportunities for exercise.
- - Offer at least one educational activity related to relaxation.

Customer satisfaction

Achieve a Net Promotor Score (NPS) of 60.
Improve the provision of information between order and delivery via automated e-mails.

Schools

Develop a plan to collaborate with schools and universities in a mutually beneficial way.
