Also known as a Fly-Away Kit or Flight Spare Kit, the AKN FAK is perfect for holding both rarely used, non-critical parts and critical or ‘no-go’ items. Whether stored in the hold or on the ground, it gives maintenance personnel quick access to necessary equipment, allowing them to swiftly return grounded aircraft to the skies.

AKN FAK vs. DPN FAK – what’s the difference?
The DPN is a non-certified FAK container created specifically for the B767 aircraft. However, it shares the same construction and configuration options as the certified AKN version. If you need compatibility with a broader range of aircraft, we recommend choosing the AKN FAK.
