If you’ve ever bought a ULD from VRR, you know to contact us for any additional information such as a Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) or a Service Bulletin (SB). However, we want to make getting that information even easier and quicker for you, so we’ve developed the VRR Customer Portal.
Launched at the end of April, our customer portal gives you access to all the data you need about your ULDs. Via a personal account, you can now download the latest revisions of any CMM and SB, look up open quotations and see the current status of your orders. This gives you complete insight into every container you’ve ordered or bought from us.
How do you use the VRR Customer Portal?
The customer portal is a secure online environment that contains an up-to-date overview of all your CMMs, SBs, quotations and orders. If you would like access to this portal, simply contact us to request an account. We’ll give you a personal ID to log in. Once logged in, you’ll have easy access to all your ULD-related information.
What are the benefits of using the VRR Customer Portal?
Here are four good reasons to use our new portal:
1. No need to ask us for your ULD information: Until now, you’ve had to contact us to get the information that you want. Now you can access all your data whenever you need it.
2. Everything is in one place: There’s no need to send in multiple requests to us. The portal makes everything available to you. All the information you want is in your personal account and just one click away.
3. Safe and personal: Your account is accessible to you only. You have your own personal username and password, so you can be sure your information is protected.
4. It’s easy: Using the portal is extremely convenient and user-friendly. There’s even a user manual to guide you through the portal just in case you get a little lost.
Since the portal is brand new, we’re expecting to introduce many more interesting features in the next couple of months. We sincerely hope that this portal will make dealing with VRR an even better experience.
