Both parties are right and both will confirm that the temperature control unit is of vital importance in controlling and maintaining the desired temperature throughout any shipment.
Although the previous control unit was good, or good enough at least, we felt it could be better. We went back to the drawing board and, together with a specialised company, incorporated the lessons learnt to return with a new control unit.
